‘Return to the Self’ in this 1:1 guided, powerfully transformational experience, incorporating sacred journey, preparation and integration coaching, live medicine music, bodywork and care.

(Additional hours included in package: one 30 minute Preparation call and one 30 minute Integration call)

*1 hour post-session integration call
Return to the Self in this private sacred journey guided by sounds, songs and silence. Experience one on one personal care and attention while you fully surrender and drop into the experience. Prior to our session, we will connect via Zoom or phone call to review the intake form that will be provided. We will begin our session with guidelines and agreements and set intentions for the experience. We may incorporate bodywork in the beginning and/or near the end of the session, depending on needs. We will schedule a 30 minute follow up Zoom/phone call within the following days to aid in the integration process.
